I have dedicated my time between work and study (Sports Management) to better understand the culture and to share my experiences of travelling the world with you. I have brought together a bunch of inspiring and experienced women to start your journey into the realm of surfing.

Sandra is the current National Junior Coach for both National and International Events. She has over 30yrs experience in the water, 10 of those in coaching. There is no other female in the State more qualified than Sandra to introduce or enhance your skills in the water.

Alissa has worked as a surf instructor in both Australia and in England.
With all the latest fitness and training tips for both in and out of the water, Alissa has the ability to keep you focused and enthusiastic about your new found passion….. surfing.

Ex-Pro Surfer and Amateur World Champ.

Kathy assists with the coaches and offers you handy tips and advice on your progression. She is a wealth of knowledge from many years of travelling and competing on the dream tour. We are lucky to get a demonstration on performance surfing.

Yoga Teacher

Tracey has been practicing yoga for 30 years and in the past 10 years completed 3 years teachers training. Yoga is a series of low impact postures that restore, create and maintain your health and wellbeing. Practicing Yoga improves your balance, increases flexibility and releases tension in your muscles. As well as building strength in your legs and arms, yoga quiet's the mind bringing stronger focus and clarity.

Diploma of Remedial Massage
Diploma Aromatherapy, Reiki.

The styles of massage most beneficial for the girls, after a day out surfing, are either Remedial Massage or Therapeutic Massage. Jo likes to do a combination of Remedial, Therapeutic & Aromatherapy techniques to release knots, muscular tension, relax the body and mind and the use of essential oils which have many healing properties of their own. Tina also a therapists or Jo will be there to ease those working muscles & relax your mind ready for the night ahead and to prepare you for the next day in the surf.
